The release of excess baggage, whether it’s extra weight from a sedentary Winter or mounts of clutter in our living spaces.

Allow me to create spaciousness, refreshing, and tidy inspiration in all areas. Then, watch the healing of good minds and bodies arise from a dormant Winter.

Think of all the things in your life that you have been blessed with, there is always something trust me – God packs all of our bags, he would never leave you with NOTHING. Sometimes it takes us peeling back all the layers to get to that one thing that you have been so blessed to have in your life. It could be a person, a place, a gift of humor, a gift of writing, a gift of singing, a gift of just listening.

We were all blessed with gifts.

If you’re ready for some kindness – no judgement – pure honesty – much empathy – Peace and harmony all between the races – “No economical exploitation No political domination” . . . What brilliant lyrics.

Then, you will be ready!

Today, go out there in your world and do ONE kind thing for someone, do something for someone that cannot repay you  – but you can watch that ONE thing have a forward motion to a place you never could imagine for yourself. I know this works, I did it myself a few years ago. During this past summer I got to hear and see what my ONE thing of kindness did for someone . . . That was the biggest payday I had ever received in my life No Cash or Check involved!

Have A Blessed Sunday

Sit and relax this morning with a cup of coffee listening to some soothing music, to get your mindset on positive thoughts and forget all the worries of your world. I think it was my grandmother that once told me “worrying is like a rocking chair, you’re always doing something just never getting anywhere”. Don’t waste your precious energy and time on things that get you nowhere and brings no happiness to your life.

How one of my favorite Local places . . . That brings me Peace~

This island is a very spiritual place – right when you are on the bridge walking onto the island, you can feel a sense of Peace that comes over you . . . I have said to myself a couple of times crossing that bridge, “soon I am going to feel the Grace of God”. I’m not a religious person . . . but I am a Spiritual person – I can tell you when you are walking around this island if you listen – no iPhone – no music – no talking – JUST LISTEN you can hear that Grace of God.
