Styling Your Airbnb Can Bring You The Money
Do you have a spare room or maybe a whole house that is just sitting there costing you money – when you could be making money?
Airbnb is the way to go . . . let’s be honest though, if you don’t have panoramic water view or an unbeatable location to offer guests – you are going to need to rely on the interior design of your property to get guest to book at your Airbnb. The more energy you put into thinking, planning and executing this design – the more plenty your Airbnb income will be.
You need to consider your location. If you’re furnishing an apartment in New York city it’s probably best to avoid rural, rustic, farmhouse theme when it comes to interior design – that theme could work well for a barn that has been converted into an Airbnb in the country. Your theme should make sense with your surroundings.

Looking For Brighter Surroundings?
Are you in need of some lightness during these dark cold days of winter?
Here are 5 Grace Notes to help bring clarity and lightness into your home~
Grace Notes:
1. Accessorize – it’s what separates us all!
Be smart about accessories. Accent pillows in a bold color or pattern, a bright-colored or white throw blanket and colorful fixtures will brighten up an otherwise dull room during the winter. For example, the palette of Mauve and Copper is a wonderful way to add lightness & brightness to your home in the winter months.
2. Don’t let your Rugs just lay there!
Does your area rug make the room brighter? If you have a dark rug, there’s a good chance it makes the room a little too dark in the winter. Try changing it out with a lighter area rug for the season or just remove it for a few months to let your shiny hardwoods reflect natural light.
3. Declutter . . . and Discover!
Clutter can make a room look smaller and even darker than it should be. This winter, take just 10 minutes a day to declutter an area at a time to stay organized.
4. Create brightness with Fresh Flowers
Fresh flowers add a pop of color and life to an otherwise dark and dull space. Brighten up your living room this winter with a vase of bright flowers and use a colorful arrangement to bring a fresh look to a kitchen or bathroom. Purchase bouquets of store bought flowers and let your light shine through the home!
5. Use Mirrors . . . in the right places!
Hang a mirror to help fill a room with natural light and make it brighter. To do this, hang a mirror opposite a window or sliding glass door so the light bounces off the mirror and floods the space.
