This practice, I had included in my cleaning/organize service years ago before it was cool to challenge.
I used to use a timer , , , yes a timer it was before cell phones. I used a timer to keep me focused on my time in each home that I cleaned & Organized.
It was a win-win practice for everyone, these tedious areas received some TLC that I couldn’t get to each time I cleaned, and I was happy it was helpful for my clients.
We at LBD changed our sails ... ever so slightly to the business model.
I am still an Organizational Coach, it is what I have done for the past 25+ years. Coaching busy professionals to a Clean + Organized home or business. I have added coaching kids to my service. I can coach them with their homework, study time, and keeping their spaces organized which brings confidence and self-esteem.
